Chrysanthemum chrysanthemum: low protein
Ingredients
Chrysanthemum chrysanthemum ( 300 grams ) | Garlic ( 2 cloves ) |
Xiangchou Fresh Soybean Paste ( 1 spoon ) | Light soy sauce ( 2 spoons ) |
Water ( 2 spoons ) | Oil ( appropriate amount ) |
How to stir-fry chrysanthemum with sauce

1.Prepare the ingredients in advance.

2. Wash the chrysanthemum chrysanthemi and cut into 3-4 sections for later use.

3.You can cut the garlic into slices or granules.

4.Pour in about a spoonful of Xiangchou Fresh Soybean Paste.

5.Add two spoons of light soy sauce, two spoons of water, stir well and set aside.

6.Put base oil into the pot, add garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

7. Add the chrysanthemum root and stir-fry for about a minute.

Tips
Frying the roots first and then frying the chrysanthemum leaves together will allow the vegetables to mature at the same time and taste better! Adding some black beans to green vegetables can enrich nutrition.
