Ingredients
Beef ( 300g ) | Onions ( 50 grams ) |

How to make noodles with beef sauce

1. First, soak the beef in water for more than 3 hours.Change the water several times to soak out the bleeding water.

2.Then chop the meat into small pieces, you don’t need to chop it too finely! Then put it in a large bowl.

3.Then cut the onion into small pieces and mince the ginger.

4. Take the starch and put it into the meat bowl.

5.Add an appropriate amount of white pepper.

6.Put cooking wine and marinate for half an hour.

7.I used this black bean sauce.

8. Heat the oil in a pan and stir-fry the black bean sauce until it becomes fragrant.

9. Add the meat and stir-fry over low heat.

10.Then put in the chopped onions and minced ginger.

11. Add oyster sauce and stir-fry.

12.Add appropriate amount of water (I added half a bowl of water) and simmer for more than half an hour.

13.The meat sauce is ready.(Add a little salt before serving, according to personal taste)

14. Add water to the pot and boil Unwrap the noodles, put them into a bowl after they are cooked, add the beef sauce and enjoy!
