How to make pork and shrimp dumplings

1.Add appropriate amount of cold water to the glutinous rice flour and make a good dough, set aside for later use.

2. Soak the shrimp skin in cold water for a while, wash it, pick it up and squeeze it dry with your hands for later use.

3. Wash the pork and cut into small dices for later use.
