
Ingredients
Glutinous rice flour ( 100g ) | Clean water ( 40 grams ) |

1.100 grams of glutinous rice flour (I used 40 grams of water, the amount of water is for reference only)

2.Add a small amount of water and stir with chopsticks for a few times, as shown in the picture, it will form into flocculation

3.Knead it into a smooth dough with your hands, just do not touch the bowl or hands

4.Take an appropriate amount and roll it into a round shape with the palms of both hands (use the palms of both hands to rub clockwise, you can rub two at the same time)

5. Take a flat plate, cover it with a piece of oil-absorbing paper, and arrange the small glutinous rice balls on top (this way there is no need to sprinkle flour, the glutinous rice balls will not stick to the plate, and will not affect the shape of the glutinous rice balls)

6.All prepared small glutinous rice balls (finished product of 100 grams of glutinous rice flour)

7.If you make too much, you can put it in the refrigerator (just take it out of the freezer and cook it directly when eating, no need to defrost)
Tips
1.Add a small amount of water.If there is not enough water, add more.If you add too much, it will be thin.If it is too thin, the glutinous rice balls will be kneaded.If it is not shaped, if you add more glutinous rice flour, the amount will increase
2.Knead it a few more times, the rounder and more beautiful it will be
