How to make cold yuba and cucumber

1.Prepare the ingredients

2. Soak the yuba in cold water 2 hours in advance

3.Peel flat and cut cucumber

4.Add minced garlic, salt, sugar, light soy sauce, mature vinegar, sesame oil, and spicy oil to make a juice

5. Blanch the soaked yuba in boiling water for 1 minute

6. Drain into cold water

7. Squeeze out the water from the yuba and place it on the cucumber surface
