Home-style braised tofu

1. Cut the tofu into small cubes, blanch them and set them aside.

2. Chop the bean paste, mince the lean pork, and chop the coriander into small pieces.

3. Heat the oil pan, pour in the minced meat and stir-fry until loose, add appropriate amount of cooking wine.

4. Shovel the minced meat to the edge of the pot, pour in the bean paste and stir-fry the red oil over low heat.

5. Stir the minced pork and bean paste evenly.

6. Add the tofu cubes and stir-fry gently for one minute.

8. Mix 8 grams of starch + 25 grams of water to make starch water, stir well and set aside.

Tips
1.Doubanjiang itself is very salty, so when adding salt to taste, reduce the amount appropriately.
2.Buy tofu from an older store.The tofu is too tender and easily broken.
3.Pour slowly when thickening, and always pay attention to the consistency of the tofu soup.If it is thin, you can add more to the degree you like.
