How to make yuba with sauce

1.Prepare Xiangchou yuba and Xiangchou fresh soybean paste

2.Put Xiangchou Bean Curd into clean water, add edible alkali, mix well and melt, then soak overnight

3.Pick and wash the coriander, cut into small pieces and set aside

4.Prepare onions, ginger and garlic, put them into a saucepan, pour in hot oil that starts to smoke and sauté until fragrant

5.Add Xiangchou Fresh Soybean Paste, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, pepper and rice vinegar, mix well and set aside
6.Wash the soaked yuba with clean water, squeeze out the water, and cut into small pieces for later use

7. Boil water in a pan, add some salt, add yuba, mix well and bring to a boil, cook for another two minutes, remove and drain

8.Put into a large bowl

9.Add coriander and the freshly mixed sauce, stir well and serve

Tips
Soak the yuba in water.Adding alkali will make it softer and softer.It will have a fresh soybean paste flavor and a rich and salty flavor, so you don’t need to add salt to this dish!
