How to make colorful glutinous rice balls

1.Preparation Good ingredients, wash the spinach and mash it into a puree, peel the carrots and mash it into a puree.

2. Prepare four large bowls and add appropriate amounts of glutinous rice flour and sugar respectively.For: glutinous rice flour + corn flour (a little), glutinous rice flour + carrot puree, glutinous rice flour + spinach puree.

Tips
Note: When making a round shape, apply some oil on your hands so that it is not tight and easy to make, and the round shape will not stick together.Also note that when cooking glutinous rice balls in step 6, the round shapes cannot be added to the pot all at once, but should be added in an appropriate amount.When cooking, stir the bottom to prevent it from sticking to the bottom of the pot.
