Zanthoxylum bungeanum: antidiarrheal
Ingredients
tender corn ( ) | water ( appropriate amount ) |
Chopped green onion ( a little ) | Vinegar ( a little ) |
Light soy sauce ( a little ) | small Chili pepper ( a little ) |
Salt ( a little ) | Panthoxylum bungeanum ( a little ) |
Salt water in the pickle jar ( a little ) | Ageratum leaves (a little) |
How to make tender corn jelly

1.First add some water to the tender corn and make it into a slurry

2.Strain out the corn residue

3.Let it sit for 1 to 2 hours

4.Slowly pour out the upper slurry and what remains is the starch

5.Add water to the starch to dilute it

6.It’s almost like this

7. Pour water into the pot and bring to a boil.Pour the paste in the picture above into the pot while stirring

8.Wait until bright bubbles form in the center of the pot, then take it out

9. Let it cool and shape

10. Sauce 1: Put the chopped Patchouli leaves, chopped green onion and minced garlic into a bowl Add a little salt water

11. Sauce 2: Place chopped chili peppers in a bowl , pepper and pour a little hot oil into it

12. Beat the cooled jelly with a knife Pour the above sauce on the strips and add a little light soy sauce, salt and vinegar
Tips
Be sure to stir while pouring into the pot, otherwise it will become mushy
