Ingredients
Lean pork ( 300g ) | Wonton wrapper ( 300g ) |
Salt ( 1 spoon ) | Cooking wine ( Half spoon span> ) |
Onions ( 100 grams ) | Light soy sauce ( 2 spoons ) |
Oyster sauce ( 1 spoon ) | Sesame oil ( 1 spoon ) |
Chili oil ( 1 spoon ) | Lard ( 1 spoon ) |
Dried shrimp skin ( 1 tablespoon ) | Pepper (appropriate amount) |
How to make wontons

1.Prepare lean meat and wonton wrappers

2.Wash the lean meat, drain the water, and cut into meat dumplings

3.Wash a handful of green onions

4.Cut green onions

5. Add the minced meat to salt, chopped green onion, cooking wine, light soy sauce, sesame oil and white pepper and stir evenly!

6.Take a wonton wrapper and put a meat filling in the middle

7.Then disassemble (as shown in the picture)
8.Then fold it like this (as shown in the picture)
9.Then fold it in the middle, dip some water into the joint with chopsticks to make it stick, and a wonton will be wrapped

10. Repeat the steps until the wrapping is completed.This is the finished product
11.Take a bowl, add lard, sesame oil, chili oil, salt, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, green onions, mature vinegar, dried shrimps, and add some boiling water.This is the wonton soup base.

13. Boil the water, add the wrapped wontons, stir them with a spoon to avoid sticking to the pan

Tips
1.Don’t chop the meat filling too much.It sucks!
2.Put less salt in the soup base, because the wonton meat filling contains salt!
3.Putting dried shrimps in the soup tastes more delicious!
4.The wonton skin is thin and should not be cooked for too long.Just take it out when it surfaces!
