Ingredients
Shepherd's purse ( 500g ) | Pork stuffing ( 250g ) |
Wonton wrapper ( 500g ) | Salt, soy sauce, oil ( appropriate amount ) |
Ginger powder ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make shepherd’s purse wontons

1. Remove the yellow leaves from shepherd's purse.

2.Soak in water and wash.

3. Boil water in a pot, blanch the shepherd's purse, remove and let cool.

4. Add a small amount of water to the pork filling, stir well, add oil and ginger powder.

5. Pour in soy sauce, salt and stir.

6. Chop the shepherd's purse.

7.Put it into the meat filling and mix well.

8.Put the prepared filling into the wonton wrappers.

9. Fold in half.
