How to make pan-fried wontons

2.Preparation needs Ingredients used: chopped green onion, water, pepper, cooked sesame seeds, and wontons that have been frozen in the refrigerator.It is of course best to have freshly wrapped wontons.For the wrapping method of Yuanbao wontons, please check out the recipe I posted: Wontons

3. Just put a small amount of oil in the pot (any pan or non-stick pan is fine, I use Electric cake stall)

4.Push the oil evenly, add wontons and fry over low heat (Friends at the electric pancake stall press the pancake button)

5. Fry until golden brown underneath.

6.Put in an appropriate amount of water and immerse the bottom of each wonton in the water.Now, cover the pot and simmer for two or three minutes

7.Open the lid and the water has already It’s almost dry

8.Add chopped green onion and sesame seeds, as much as you like

9.Finally sprinkle some pepper (if you don’t like pepper, you can omit this step)

10.Put it on a plate and the fragrant fried wontons are ready to eat

11.Look at the bottom, it’s golden
Tips
You don’t need to add too much water.The wontons are relatively small.Just simmer them for two or three minutes.Use low heat.Fry slowly.If you like it crispier, you can fry it for a while after the juice dries up.If you don't like pepper, you can leave it out.You can add seasonings to suit your taste, such as coriander and green vegetables.
