How to make wonton soup/sauerkraut wonton soup

1. Wash and chop all the ingredients for the stuffing.Friends who like to eat whole shrimps can keep the shrimps. The corn kernels do not need to be minced (if you choose shiitake mushrooms, they must be minced with the pork). You can add an appropriate amount to flavor the stuffing

2.Wrap wontons.
Because I didn’t make the wonton wrappers myself, they are a bit dry and are not easy to wrap when wrapping them, so prepare a bowl of water, dip some water in the sealing area of the wontons and press them with your hands.
3.When placing the plate, remember to sprinkle some flour on the plate to prevent the wontons from sticking

4.Finally put it in the pot and cook.
First boil the water and make bowl ingredients at the same time.(Adequate amount of salt, appropriate amount of dried chili powder, a little chicken essence, sesame oil, soy sauce, vinegar, and finally add a spoonful of fried sauerkraut.)
After the water is boiled, use boiling water to rinse the bowl before cooking the wontons..
Cook the wontons until they float.
