How to make pork liver and green vegetable noodles

1. Soak the pig liver in salt water for 1 hour and remove the blood

2.Blanched noodles

3.I divided a portion of pork liver into two ways, one was blanched in boiling water, and the other was marinated with cornstarch and minced ginger for 10 minutes

4.Put oil in the pot, heat up, add minced ginger and saute until fragrant.Add pork liver blanched in boiling water, stir-fry for 2~3 times, release an appropriate amount of water
