How to cook noodles with mushrooms and cabbage

1.Cook the noodles first.

2. Wash the oyster mushrooms.

3. Wash and cut the Chinese cabbage into sections.

4.Cut red and green peppers.

5. Cook the noodles and remove.

6.Put lard into the pot and heat it up.

7. Add Chinese cabbage and stir-fry.

8. Pour in appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil.

9.Put in the oyster mushrooms.

10.After boiling, add green and red chili peppers and appropriate amount of light soy sauce.

11.Add appropriate amount of salt, chicken essence and season to taste.
Pour the noodles together and serve
