Ingredients
Carrot ( Half root ) | Beans ( A few ) |
Pumpkin ( Half a piece ) | Rice ( One cup ) |
Salt ( appropriate amount ) | Soy sauce ( one spoon ) |
Sesame oil ( Two drops ) | Cumin powder ( Appropriate amount ) |
Chives and garlic ( Appropriate amount ) |
Recipe for braised beans and pumpkin rice

1.Wash the ingredients and cut them into pieces

2.Wash the rice and add two drops of sesame oil

3. Heat oil in a pot and sauté onions and garlic, or if I don’t like onions, just leave them out and stir-fry the ingredients

4.Add soy sauce for color, add salt, cumin powder is optional

5.Pour the ingredients into the rice cooker
6.Press the cooking button and do whatever you need to do during the period
7.After cooking, turn it over and let it simmer for a while before eating

8.The meals are all done ~ office workers’ favorite haha
Tips
Adding cumin powder is purely personal preference, because it gives a barbecue feeling, so you can leave it out.
