How to make braised rice with lettuce leaves and broad beans

1.Prepare ingredients: 200g broad beans, 200g lettuce leaves, 100g Pleurotus eryngii, 200g rice, 300g water, 15ml grape seed oil

Purchase broad beans when they are on the market in the spring.Peel off the shell and put them in the freezer., so you can take it out at any time when you want to eat it, and the stewed broad beans are very glutinous and easy to cook
