How to make braised pork ribs with rice

1. Chop the straight ribs into small pieces and blanch them in cold water to bleed., marinate with ginger slices, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, and cooking wine for two hours.

2. When marinating the ribs, prepare other ingredients, cucumbers, mushrooms, carrots, and onions.Dice separately.

3. Pour oil into the pot, not too much, the marinated ribs will not absorb oil.Fry the ribs until golden brown and take them out.

Tips
