Ingredients
Cauliflower ( 500g ) | Tomato (One) |
Minced onion ( 50g ) | Minced garlic ( 25g ) |
chopped green onion ( appropriate amount ) | Salad oil ( appropriate amount ) |
Ketchup ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make tomato and cauliflower

1. Prepare chopped green onions , chopped onion, minced garlic.

2. Wash the cauliflower and break it into small pieces.

3. Add salt to the water.

4. After boiling, add the cauliflower and blanch it for two minutes.

5. Remove from cold water and drain.

6. Cut tomatoes into cubes.

7. Heat the pot and add salad oil.

8. Saute onions, garlic and chopped onions.

9.Add 2/3 tomatoes and stir-fry the soup.

10.Add tomato sauce.

11.Pour in the cauliflower.

12.The remaining tomatoes.

13.Add salt to taste.

14. Stir quickly and evenly.

15. Remove from pot and plate.

Tips
Blanch the cauliflower first to add more flavor when stir-fried.
