Cauliflower ( 300g ) | Green pepper ( 2 pieces ) |
Garlic cloves ( 3 pieces ) | Peanut oil ( 20ml ) |
Light soy sauce ( Moderate amount ) | Salt ( Adequate amount ) |
Oyster sauce (appropriate amount) |
How to make garlic cauliflower

1.Clean the cauliflower.Break into small florets.

2. Wash the green pepper.

3. Cut the green pepper into cubes and mince the garlic.

4. Boil the water in the pot and blanch the cauliflower.

5. Blanch for three minutes and remove.

6. Heat the oil in the pot, add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

7.Add green pepper and fry until raw.

8.Add cauliflower.

9. Stir well.

10.Add appropriate amount of salt to taste.

11.Appropriate amount of light soy sauce to increase the freshness.

12.A few drops of oyster sauce.

13. Stir well and sprinkle in coriander.

14.A homemade garlic cauliflower is out of the pot.
Tips
1.Blanch cauliflower for three minutes to remove pesticide residues and save cooking time.
2.Saute the minced garlic for a while until fragrant.
3.Sprinkle coriander before serving to add color to the dish.
