How to make black sesame egg rolls

1.Put black sesame seeds into a non-stick pan and stir-fry over low heat, then let cool until ready to use.

2.Put 3 eggs into a bowl, add 100g corn oil and mix well.

3.Add 80g of sugar and mix well.

4. Sift in 120g of low flour and 1g of salt and mix well until a fine, grain-free batter.

5.Pour the fried black sesame seeds into the batter and mix well.

6. Stir the batter evenly.

7. Use a spoon to scoop a spoonful of batter into a non-stick pan and roll it out with a plastic spatula.Flatten into a thin round shape and fry over low heat until golden brown, then turn over and fry again.

8. Take out the flat place and use chopsticks to hold it and roll it up evenly.

9. Use even pressure and slowly roll it up.

10. Press the closing area slightly to prevent it from spreading.Pull out the chopsticks to finish the egg roll.

11. Repeat the action to complete all the batter, basically making it while eating, so it is also I don’t know exactly how many I made, but the thickness determines the quantity.

12. Close up.

13.One more.

14.The egg rolls in my other recipe have a method of pressing the batter thinner , you can refer to my recipe "Crispy Seaweed Egg Roll" if you like.
Tips
Corn oil can be replaced with butter, but I personally think it is healthier to not use butter. At least since baking, I have slowly started to try using corn oil instead of butter to make cakes and breads.
The disadvantage of using a pan is that it is difficult to control the thickness of the egg roll. The batter must be poured in when the pan is cold, otherwise the temperature will be too high and the batter will congeal as soon as it is poured in and it will be difficult to roll it out thinly..
Of course, if you have the conditions, you can buy a small egg roll mold, which will naturally make it easy and solve the problem of not rolling it out thinly.
When rolling egg rolls, they should be hot, otherwise it will be difficult to roll them when they cool down.
The prepared egg rolls should be kept sealed to avoid moisture!
