Ingredients
Pasta ( 500g (for 4 people) ) | Pork ( Moderate amount (personal preference + - is fine) ) |
Tomato ( one ) | White onions ( one ) |

How to make simple spaghetti with meat sauce

1. Prepare materials.

2.The lean meat has been minced, and the onions, green peppers, and tomatoes are diced.

3. Chop the garlic and wait until the oil is hot before sauteing it until fragrant.

4.After the garlic smells fragrant, throw away the diced onions, green peppers and tomatoes.Add to the pot and stir-fry.

5. Pour in the minced pork and continue to stir-fry.

6. Stir-fry until the water in the pot is dry, then add appropriate amount of salt and black pepper pepper, and finally add an appropriate amount of tomato sauce and continue to stir-fry.

7.The spaghetti meat sauce is ready.

8. Pour a pot of water, add four teaspoons of salt, and boil the salt water.

Tips
1.Boil spaghetti in salt water.On the one hand, it gives the noodles a flavor, and on the other hand, it makes the noodles taste more chewy.
2.Never use cold water for cooked pasta! Pasta is different from our traditional pasta.Supercooled water will absorb excess water and directly dilute the flavor of the sauce.
