Ingredients
Cauliflower ( 300g ) | Salt ( 3g ) |
Chicken Essence ( 5g ) | Garlic ( Two cloves ) |
Thirteen Incense ( 3 grams ) |
How to make garlic cauliflower

1. Slice garlic and set aside

2.Cut cauliflower into small florets , clean and set aside

3. Remove the cleaned cauliflower and put it on a plate for later use

4. Boil water in a pot

5.Add cauliflower

6. Blanch it

7. Remove and let cool

8. Heat the pot, add garlic slices and thirteen incense and saute until fragrant

9.Add blanched cauliflower

10.Stir fry the cauliflower evenly

11.Add 3 grams of salt

12.Add 3 grams of chicken essence, stir-fry evenly
Tips
Blank the cauliflower for two minutes.If it is too cool, take it out and it will not be easy to blanch the cauliflower for too long., the taste is not delicious.
