Hand-rolled noodles ( 1 handful ) | Carob ( 4 roots ) |
Sesame oil ( ) | Garlic ( 5 pieces ) |
Salt ( ) | Sugar ( ) |
| Green and red peppers ( half each ) |
How to make cold bean noodles

1.Wash the green and red peppers and garlic, peel them and cut them into small pieces!

2.Cut the ginger into small pieces!

3.Put the green and red peppers, garlic cloves and ginger slices with a little salt into a garlic mortar and pound into paste.!

4. Boil water in a pot, add beans and cook for five minutes!

5. Remove the supercooled water!

6. Boil water in the pot ~ add noodles and boil twice! !

7. Remove the cold water immediately!

8. Remove the beans, cut them into sections and put them in a bowl! Then pour the mashed garlic into a bowl and add salt, sugar and sesame oil!

9.Mix it well!

10. Take the noodles out of the water and put them on a plate! Pour in the mixed beans! Mix well when eating! It’s done!
Tips
You can also add some sesame seeds and coriander! The beans must be cooked when blanched!
