Kiwi fruit (one) | Cooked rice ( 100g ) |
Salt ( 1 spoon ) | White sugar ( 5 spoons ) |
Vinegar ( 10 spoons ) |
How to make kiwi rice balls

1. To make sushi vinegar: Put salt, sugar and vinegar into a pot in a ratio of 1:5:10 and boil to dissolve.This is the DIY version of sushi vinegar.(I happened to be steaming something and it was steamed directly)

2. Wash and slice kiwi fruits , leave three pieces on the plate, peel the others and cut into small cubes

3. Add appropriate amount of sushi vinegar and diced kiwi fruit to the rice, stir evenly

4.Knead the rice into small pieces Place the dough on the sliced kiwi
It will be more delicious with tomato sauce
