How to make radish soup

1.This is "Gu Peng Radish Soup", the most common delicacy in ordinary people's homes.All year round, we make it every now and then, and both adults and children like to drink it.

2.Wash the carrots, take half and grate into thin strips.Take a handful of broken vermicelli, soak it in hot water and wash it.

3. Heat the pan with cold oil over low heat and stir-fry the crushed peanuts until fragrant.

4. Add onion and ginger and stir-fry.

5. Then pour in the shredded carrots.

6. Slowly fry until soft.

7.Add appropriate amount of cold water, add crushed vermicelli and cook for 10 minutes.

Tips
For radishes, use red-skinned radishes.Don't use too much flour for the noodles, as the soup will be too thick and taste bad.Don’t put too much vermicelli either.
