Corn flour ( 50g ) | High-precision flour ( 250g ) |
Pure milk ( 180g ) | Yeast ( 3g ) |
White sugar ( 30g ) | Wolfberry (appropriate amount) |
How to make wolfberry corn cake
1. Knead all ingredients except wolfberry into a smooth dough, cover with plastic wrap and leave in a warm place to ferment.
2. Ferment until doubled in size.

3. Take out the dough and knead it again, trying to remove all the air in the dough.Shape into a round shape and place on the steamer.(You can use gauze or silicone pad)

4.Wash the wolfberry with warm water.

5.Press the wolfberry on the dough.Close the lid for the second fermentation.

6. Ferment until doubled in size.

7.Put enough cold water into the pot, put on the steamer, and steam for 30 minutes until cooked.

8.Take a recent photo.
Tips
1.Do not open the lid immediately after steaming the cake, steam it for a few minutes.
2.The wolfberry cannot stick to it after the two fermentations are completed, otherwise it will deform the cake.
