Flour ( 280g ) | White sugar ( 25g ) |

How to make cocoa cake

1.Put flour, yeast, sugar and cocoa powder into the container

Tips
Don’t pour the water all at once because the flour absorbs different amounts of water! Don’t worry about fermentation in winter.The honeycomb must be in place before it becomes obvious! It will be better if you simmer it for a few minutes after steaming!
