How to make milky jujube cake

1. Mix flour and sugar together.

2.Heat the milk and dissolve the yeast.Do not heat the milk too high as it will kill the yeast.

3. Mix the flour, sugar, yeast and milk together and knead it into a dough.

Tips
The jujubes are steamed in advance.Cut them and remove the center so they are more convenient to use.
Leave the jujube cake for about 15 minutes before steaming.I found that the taste will be better and there will be no solid noodles.
Adding sugar to the dough will help the yeast.
If the indoor temperature is too cold, you can use a steamer to heat the water, then place a steamer rack and put the dough in the container with the lid closed for fermentation.However, the container cannot be in direct contact with water and must have a shelf.
