Ingredients
Lotus root ( 400g ) | Crushed dried red pepper ( 15g ) |

How to make spicy and sour lotus root dices

1.Peel and wash lotus root and set aside

2.Cut the lotus root into small cubes, put it into clean water to wash off the surface starch, drain and set aside
