Four ( 300g ) | Yeast ( 3g span> ) |
White sugar ( 2 grams ) | Chives ( 1 root ) |
Salad oil ( 1 spoon ) | Salt ( 4 grams ) |
Warm water ( 150g ) |

1. Peel and wash the chives.Add sugar to the flour, dissolve the yeast in warm water and pour into the flour to form a smooth dough.

2.Cover with plastic wrap and let ferment in a warm place.

3. Ferment until 2 times in size.

4. Chop the chives into small pieces and set aside.

5. Knead the dough and remove excess air bubbles.

6. Use a rolling pin to roll it into an oval shape with a thickness of 5mm.

7. First apply a layer of salad oil, and evenly sprinkle with salt and minced green onion.

8. Roll up from bottom to top into a long strip.

9.Cut into 8 small doughs.Take a piece of dough, hold the two ends with your left and right hands respectively, gently stretch it, twist both hands in opposite directions at the same time, wrap it around the bottom and knead it to form a flower roll.

10. Finish all the ingredients in sequence and let them rise again for 20 minutes.

11. After the water in the pot is boiling, cover it with a wet cloth, put in the flower rolls, and steam over medium heat for 12 minutes.

12. Wait 2 minutes after steaming before opening the lid.

1.Adding white sugar will help rapid fermentation.2.After the Hanamaki is made, it needs to be woken up and steamed twice before it will be soft and delicious.
