How to make rose rolls

1.Weighing flour, sugar and yeast powder

2. Red dragon fruit juice and filter residue (my juicer broke all the seeds, and many small black seeds ended up Not filtered well)

3. Kneading and fermentation (I use a dough mixer, wait until the dough rises 2 times the size is almost enough)

4. After the dough is fermented, roll it out into 7 pieces. The skins, which are about the same size as dumpling skins, are stacked diagonally.

5. Roll the 7 pieces of leather into a roll and cut in half from the middle.

6. Steam the buns in a pot.I boil the water first and then put the steamed buns in.Steam over high heat for 10 minutes, then steam over low heat for 10 minutes.
Tips
My steamed buns were both big and small after being steamed.I suggest you don’t worry about over-weighing them, or divide them into equal portions first and then divide them into 7 skins to make them look good.
