Bacon How to make claypot rice

1.Put the rice and Wash the glutinous rice together

2.Wash the bacon peas

3.Wash the quail eggs and put them together with the peas

4.Slice the bacon

5.Put the washed ingredients into the pot and fry for 20-25 minutes.When they are half cooked, add salt and appropriate amount of MSG.I pay more attention to the taste of the ingredients themselves

6.Put it into the pressure cooker, add water and cook for ten minutes

Small Tips
If you like to eat crispy rice, you can simmer it for an extra minute or two.I don’t use MSG in my own cooking, but I guess most people use it in cooking nowadays, so I wrote it down.I added some hot sauce at the end and it tasted really good!
