How to make rice in a rice cooker
-

1.Wash a bowl of rice.

2.Put in the rice cooker and press the rice button.The water should be slightly less.If the rice is rotten, cook it.Claypot rice is not delicious.

3.Cut mushrooms, carrots, sausages, and celery.

4.Put a little oil in the pan (not too much, the sausage will produce oil when fried) , add sausage and fry until oil is released.

5. Add carrots, celery, and mushrooms in turn and stir-fry for about half a minute, add a little salt ( The sausage is salty, just a little bit), add a little light soy sauce and stir well and turn off the heat.

6.After the rice is cooked, pour the fried ingredients into the rice cooker and close the lid.Simmer for 3 minutes.

7.Open the lid and mix the ingredients with the rice evenly.

8. Boil water in the pot, add oil and salt.

9. Blanch the green vegetables until they are raw and remove.

10.Put the vegetables on top of the rice, and the fragrant claypot rice is completed.
Tips
Don't overcook the stir-fried ingredients, just stir-fry them a little, because you still need to put the rice cooker on for a while.
