Ingredients
Tofu (One piece) | Slow-laying eggs (Two span> ) |
Garlic ( Two cloves ) | Onions ( a section ) |
Salt ( appropriate amount ) | Light soy sauce ( appropriate amount ) |
Clear water ( A small bowl ) |
How to make egg tofu

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Cut the tofu into small pieces of one centimeter square.

3. Cut the garlic into minced garlic and cut the onion into chopped green onions and set aside.

4. Crack two slow-laying eggs into a bowl and beat evenly.

5. Pour into the tofu and shake gently to coat each tofu with egg liquid.

6.Put oil into the pot, heat it up and pour in the tofu and egg liquid.

7. Fry until it is set, then turn it over, fry until golden brown, and set aside.

8. Leave a little base oil in the pot, add minced garlic and chopped green onion, and let out the fragrance.

9.Add a small bowl of water and bring to a boil.

10.Add salt and light soy sauce.

11. Pour in the egg tofu and simmer for 5 minutes.
