Shepherd's purse, dried fragrant seeds, wonton wrappers ( optional ) | Salt, light soy sauce, peanut oil ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make shepherd’s purse dried spring rolls

1.Wash the shepherd's purse and dried fragrant vegetables and set aside.

2. Cut the dried fragrant seeds into small dices, chop the shepherd's purse into small pieces, add an appropriate amount of salt, Light soy sauce (or MSG).

3. Stir the seasonings and main ingredients evenly and set aside.

4.Put the mixed ingredients on the wonton wrappers.

5.Splash some egg white or water and glue the corners of the wonton wrappers into the shape shown below.

6.Then roll it up.

7. At this point, a spring roll has been wrapped.

8.Put the wrapped spring rolls in the refrigerator to chill.

9. When you want to fry, take it out from the refrigerator and defrost it, and put it in order to heat Just fry it in the oil pan.(Note, use chopsticks to constantly turn the spring rolls during frying so that the entire spring rolls are evenly heated)

10.When fried until crispy, remove from pan and serve on a plate.

11.After cooling, take a bite and your mouth will be filled with the fragrance of shepherd's purse.
Tips
When frying spring rolls, use low heat to avoid overheating and causing the spring rolls to turn brown.
