How to make pickled cabbage rice noodles

1. Soak Yunnan dry rice noodles in boiling water for half an hour before cooking to make them soft and easy to cook.

2. Wash and cut the leeks, cabbage and tomatoes.Prepare shredded ginger, garlic slices and Sauerkraut.Please forgive my knife skills.

3.Put oil in the wok, when the oil is hot, add ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant

4.Add sauerkraut, minced meat and tomatoes and stir-fry

7.Add rice noodles and cook until soft
