How to make pot stickers

1. Dice the mushrooms and garlic separately and mix with the pork filling.

2.Peel the green shrimps, remove the shrimp strings, and cut off the tails.Chop into small dices, marinate with minced green onions, minced ginger, cooking wine and salt for a quarter of an hour.Mix with pork filling.

3.After kneading the dumpling dough, roll out the dough separately.

4.When making pot stickers, put the shrimp tails and stuffing, flatten them horizontally, and pinch both sides skin.

5.Put oil in the pan.

Tips
Leave the shrimp tails and put them directly on the filling for a good taste.
