Beans ( 500g ) | Thin noodles ( 500g ) |
Tenderloin ( 1 piece ) | Salt ( 6 grams ) |
Oil ( 50ml ) | Cooking wine ( 5ml ) |
Starch ( 2 grams ) | Water ( 100ml ) |
Garlic ( 2 capsules ) |
Home-style braised beans and noodles

1. Wash the beans and set aside.

2.Cut into filaments.

3. Slice the garlic and thaw the tenderloin.

4. Cut the tenderloin into thin slices.

5.Change the knife and cut into shreds.

6.Sprinkle the tenderloin with salt.

7.Sprinkle with starch.

8.Pour in a little cooking oil and mix well.

9. Spread the dough flat in the pot.

10. Steam for a quarter of an hour.

11. Shower immediately and drain.
