How to make braised beans and noodles (vegetarian)

1.Prepare the vegetables and dough
2.Stir-fried vegetables,

3.The hand-rolled noodles made by yourself are stronger and cut into thinner pieces

4.Place the hand-rolled noodles flat on top of the vegetables, cover and simmer for one minute

5.Add vinegar to the previously prepared minced onions, garlic and coriander, (if you like spicy food, you can add diced peppers like me), pour the sesame oil seasoning over the noodles, cover, and simmer for another minute

6.Open the lid and eat immediately.
