Recipe for Xinjiang Bean Braised Noodles

1. Remove the head and tail of the beans, remove the old tendons, break them into small pieces by hand, and wash them spare.

2. Cut the ginger into mince, mince the garlic, and cut the green onion into small pieces for later use..
