Ingredients
Rice ( 3 bowls ) | Tomatoes ( 1 ) |

Recipe of Durian, Seafood and Cheese Baked Rice

1.Beat the rice

2.Add pepper and salt and mix well

3. Cut the tomatoes into 2 cm pieces, dice the onions, and slice the crispy sausage with a diagonal knife

4.Peel the shells and devein the shrimps, cut them into small pieces and marinate them with salt and cooking wine

5. Mix the rice with onions and tomatoes and spread it evenly on the baking sheet

6.Place the shrimps and crispy sausages on top and bake at 180 degrees for 18 minutes

7.Take out and top with durian

8.Sprinkled with cheese

9. Bake at 180 degrees for 8 minutes, then at 160 degrees for 2 minutes.Serve.
