Ingredients
Minced meat ( One tablespoon ) | Tomato( Half ) |
Onion( A small piece ) | Broccoli ( One ) |
bb rice ( half a bowl ) |
Recipe of tomato, onion and minced meat risotto

1.The minced meat was prepared in the freezer before

2.Cut tomatoes into small pieces, chop broccoli and onions

3. Brush the tomatoes with oil in a non-stick pan (I didn’t peel them, just pick them out after frying) and stir-fry the tomatoes until they become powdery

4. Add broccoli, onion and minced meat and fry together until cooked

5. Stir in BB rice, the taste is sweet and sour, great! I used bb rotten rice steamed with 1:3 water and soaked for two hours in advance
Tips
Tomatoes must be fried until the powder is cooked, so that the lycopene will be fried
