| Four ( 100g ) | Tapioca flour ( 100g ) |
Purple sweet potato ( 100g ) | Chia seeds ( 8 grams ) |

Dry yeast ( 5 grams ) |
Recipe for Nuojiji’s purple sweet potato and black rice cake

1.Prepare ingredients: soak black rice overnight, wash, peel and dice purple sweet potatoes and set aside
