How to make sweet and sour lotus root

1.Peel and slice the lotus root and soak it in water

2.Put starch and water in one bowl and mix well.In another bowl, add ketchup, sugar, vinegar, light soy sauce, salt and water and mix well

3. When the water boils, add white vinegar, add lotus root and cook for 3-5 minutes

4. Remove and soak in cold water

5. Heat oil in a pan, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant

6.Pour in the lotus root and stir-fry

7.Pour in the sauce and boil for two minutes

8.Pour in starch water

9.Collect the juice over high heat

Add when blanching White vinegar can prevent lotus root slices from turning black.
