Cucumber ( One ) | Yellow mustard Powder ( Adequate amount ) |
Salt ( Enough amount ) | White sugar ( a little ) |
Sesame oil ( a little ) | MSG ( a little ) |
How to make mustard and cucumber sticks

1.Wash the cucumber and cut it into pieces about one knuckle high.Add three tablespoons of salt, stir well and marinate for an hour to kill the moisture.

2. Prepare an empty bowl and put yellow mustard powder and two teaspoons of sugar

3.Pour in warm water (add a little more warm water), cover with plastic wrap and ferment at room temperature for one hour
