How to make cold sea fungus
1.Prepare ingredients.

2.Soak in clean water for 2-3 hours.

3. Mince the garlic and chop the red and green peppers.

4. Rinse the soaked sea fungus with clean water, squeeze out the water, and put it in a bowl , add crushed red and green chili peppers and minced garlic, add all seasonings and stir.
