How to make preserved egg and lean meat porridge
1.Put the preserved eggs into a pot under cold water.Boil the water for three minutes before taking them out.After cooking, the fishy smell of the preserved eggs can be removed;

2. Chop green onions and coriander and set aside, shred ginger;

3.Cut the cooked preserved eggs into small pieces and set aside;

4. Cut the pork into shreds, add a little cooking wine, light soy sauce, oil, pepper, and five-spice powder and marinate for about 15 minutes;

5. Wash the rice and put it into the rice cooker, turn on the porridge cooking mode and cook the porridge for about 30 minutes;

Tips
Preserved eggs must be boiled in advance to remove the fishy smell;
