Parsley ( 5-6 trees ) | Sesame oil ( 15ml ) |
Lightly salted soy sauce ( 30ml ) | Rice vinegar ( 30ml ) |
Salt ( 1 small teaspoon ) |
How to make cold parsley

1.Prepare the required ingredients

2.Remove old leaves from parsley and wash them

3.Pick into small pieces of about five centimeters and tear them apart

4.Add a small spoonful of salt , mix well and marinate for about fifteen minutes

5. Add light salt soy sauce and rice vinegar to a small bowl and sesame oil, stir evenly

6. Pour out the juice from the pickled parsley and pour in the mixture.Oil and vinegar sauce

7. Mix well and serve in a bowl.
Tips
If you don’t like to eat it raw, you can blanch it and serve it cold.
