How to make oyster health porridge

2.This health porridge requires the ingredients as shown in the picture.

3. Boil water, add rice, soaked dried oysters, and ginger slices, then Add appropriate amount of cooking wine and simmer over medium-low heat for 30 minutes.

4. Then add diced carrots and diced mushrooms, and continue to simmer for 10 minutes until the rice grains bloom..

5.Finally add celery segments and minced meat and simmer for 5 minutes.

6.Add appropriate amount of salt and pepper before serving, sprinkle some chopped green onion, stir well and serve out.

1. Rinse the dried oysters slightly, then add ginger slices and soak them in water for three hours, drain and set aside.
Tips
